I'm Josh Alvarez, a licensed mortgage advisor at LendingHouse proudly serving all of Florida. I grew up in Tallahassee after my family moved there in 1998, and I've called Tampa home since 2004. I'm a proud University of South Florida alumni, and my deep Florida roots give me a genuine understanding of the communities and markets I serve — from the Panhandle to South Florida.

Before focusing exclusively on mortgage lending, I also held an active real estate license — giving me a unique perspective on the entire home buying process from both sides of the transaction. That background means I understand what buyers, sellers, and agents need, and I work to make every deal as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
